Pants on the Ground/American IdolIt’s a new season of American Idol which means another batch of entertaining, yet all-too-often painful first-round tryouts in front of the judges panel. While some people get up there and blow the judges away by simply showcasing their skill and talents, others are memorable for all the wrong reasons.

Watching the tryouts is actually good for anyone who is going through the job search process.
